Si vous faites attention \u00e0 votre consommation de sel, comme le lard est fum\u00e9, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de saler votre pigeon. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9TAPE 3 :<br \/><\/strong>Entourez ensuite chaque pigeons avec les deux tranches de poitrine fum\u00e9e. Afin de garantir la bonne tenue des tranches de lard vous pouvez les attacher avec de la ficelle de cuisine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9TAPE 4 :\u00a0<br \/><\/strong>Placez vos pigeons sur une plaque de cuisson ou dans un grand plat allant au four. Enfournez pendant 20 minutes \u00e0 210\u00b0C.
