sucr\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00c9TAPE 1 :<br \/><\/strong><span id=\"p41\">D\u00e9congelez le saumon et les f\u00e8ves de soja durant 2 heures \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante ou 6 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur entre 0\u00b0 et 4 \u00b0C.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><span id=\"p41\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9TAPE 2 :<br \/><\/strong>Dans une passoire, rincez le riz sous l&rsquo;eau froide, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau qui s&rsquo;\u00e9coule soit claire et laissez-le ensuite s&rsquo;\u00e9goutter pendant 30 minutes environ. <strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 3 :<br \/><\/b>Pendant ce temps, videz les cosses de soja pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les f\u00e8ves et \u00f4tez la peau du saumon.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 4 :<\/b><br \/>Dans une po\u00eale, faites chauffer un peu de mati\u00e8re grasse (beurre ou huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 votre convenance). Ajoutez ensuite le saumon, salez, poivrez et laissez cuire 3 \u00e0 4 minutes par face. \u00c0 la fin de la cuisson, si vous souhaitez d\u00e9guster le saumon ti\u00e8de dans votre bowl emballez-le dans du papier aluminium en attendant la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 5 : <br \/><\/b>Versez ensuite le riz et les 40 cl d&rsquo;eau dans une casserole. Couvrez puis portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition sur feu moyen. Attention, il ne faut pas soulever le couvercle durant ce temps de cuisson soit 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9TAPE 6 :<br \/><\/b>Baissez le feu au minimum et laissez cuire pendant 10 minutes environ. \u00c0 la fin de ce temps, soulevez le couvercle et laissez reposer le riz pendant 10 minutes. Pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langez le sucre et le vinaigre de riz dans un grand saladier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9TAPE 7 :<\/strong><br \/>Ajoutez ensuite le riz dans le grand saladier puis m\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Il faut faire attention, lors de cette \u00e9tape, \u00e0 ne pas \u00e9craser les grains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9TAPE 8 : <br \/><\/strong>Laissez refroidir l&rsquo;ensemble des aliments \u00e0 votre convenance avant de composer votre bowl.<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9TAPE 9 : <b><em>montage des <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Poke_(plat)\">poke bowl<\/a><br \/><\/em><\/b><\/strong>D\u00e9posez \u00e9quitablement et s\u00e9par\u00e9ment dans chacun des quatre bols, le riz, l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;un pav\u00e9 de saumon coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s, les f\u00e8ves de soja et le guacamole. Ensuite, parsemez le riz de graines de s\u00e9same et ajoutez quelques feuilles de m\u00e2che.
